How can I make this a myriad of small and medium enterprises, young people, women, entrepreneurs can benefit from the global, this is a huge problem, but also a huge challenge and confusion. No WTO efforts over the past decades, world economy and world trade will not develop to this day. But it is regrettable that, WTO organized the Doha Forum, today no result so far.
I was curious about, the whole discussion of government departments to discuss, where are the entrepreneurs? Where are real traders? If we continue our discussions, we must find a way to change the current trade status.
Great changes happening in the world, the Internet as a great technological innovations of this century, it is no less than the first industrial revolution in the United Kingdom outbreak. I am strongly opposed to all forms of trade sanctions, particularly for SME's sanctions, I think it is contrary to the rules of the trade, trade sanctions against SMEs no less than the bombing of civilians. We must go back to trading, trade itself should not take on more political elements, trade should be done by the enterprise, Government, organized by the NGO joint multi-stakeholder approach, the establishment of a new trade and investment rules.
If past 20 years Internet constantly development, put world contact up, put everyone contact up, regardless of is Google also is face book also is Tencent, and Baidu, any company are tries to put people joint up, if today we can by Internet put world all of enterprise contact up, and Bank contact up, all of based facilities contact up, let everyone can engaged in trade, let everyone, and each small enterprise can participation trade, I believes this is we this generation people must to do of things.
So, I hope this Forum calls on the world to establish a platform for eWTP, instead of discussing, which is fighting more than practice. In this discussion, we focus, 80% have no chance to participate in the globalization of enterprises, we specialize in small businesses, focusing on developing countries. All trade is to help multinational companies in the past to help developed countries, SMEs in the next 30 years we should focus 80% 80% developing countries, 80% of women and young people, so they have a better chance. 13 young people can do it, why don't we can through the efforts of 10 years, 20 years, make the world a platform becomes more no barriers to trade?
